Ryan Perez

Turn pain into projects. A speaking platform built to book stages, not collect compliments.

The problem

Speaker sites bury the booker. They open with a biography, hide the topics three clicks down, and offer no way to judge whether this person can hold a specific room. The person who has to fill a stage in six weeks needs the opposite order.

The speaking site for a cognitive architect: keynotes drawn from a 240,720-node cognitive infrastructure, an eight-project spine where each project came out of a specific breakdown, and a Directus-backed CMS so the talks, testimonials and case figures stay editable.

What it does

Built to do three things well

01

Seven breakdowns, seven builds

The spine of the site is not a bio — it is the list of things that broke and what got built in response. Proof by construction.

02

Talks tuned to the room

Eighteen talks organized by who is in the audience, so a booker can match a keynote to their programme without a call.

03

Editable without a developer

Directus behind an Astro build: testimonials, events, books and case figures are content, not code.

Walkthrough

How it works, screen by screen

A guided pass through the product — each step is one real screen and what it is doing for the person using it.

Step 01

Diagnosed at 41

The about page runs the full timeline rather than a paragraph — nine eras, each with what broke and what it produced.

Step 02

Tell me what is breaking

The contact page asks for the problem, not the budget, and says plainly that a person who has hit a barrier is a fine reason to write.

Step 03

For organizations

The advisory track is a separate route from the keynote track, because a procurement lead and an event booker are not the same reader.
