The engagement
Michael Brooks first hired the studio for a Black Friday website deal in November 2020. Six years later Bow Tie Kreative still runs MRE's digital side: the site was rebuilt from WordPress into a React application with a FastAPI back end, hosting and email-marketing automation live under one roof, and in August 2026 the studio built a website assistant that answers visitor questions from a knowledge base derived from the site's own service data — zero ongoing cost, the client's real business rules encoded, 66 of 66 engine tests passing before delivery.
