DigitalStemCell API

A grammar for change: five levels, ten variables, fourteen lenses, 700 addressable questions.

The problem

Analysis of complex systems fails in predictable ways: people ask the questions their own experience already trained them to ask, and blind spots are structural, not accidental — no one's intuition covers a 5×10×14 space unaided.

The LAKA Volumetric Grammar treats any system — a business, a product, a team — as navigable coordinates rather than a metaphor. Five change levels times ten internal variables times fourteen meta-lenses produce 700 base coordinates, each one a specific, addressable question you can resolve through the API.

What it does

Built to do three things well

01

Every GET endpoint is public

No keys, no signups, no rate-limit dance — a single request resolves a coordinate into structured JSON, because a grammar only becomes shared infrastructure when anyone can reach it.

02

Coverage becomes checkable

22 routes across six groups serve the coordinate grid, seventeen guardrailed operators, and a JSON Schema the finished analysis must validate against.

03

Built to be read by machines too

A plain-text guide at /llms.txt explains the grammar and every route, so an agent can orient, query and emit a validated run document without a human walking it through.

Walkthrough

How it works, screen by screen

A guided pass through the product — each step is one real screen and what it is doing for the person using it.

Step 01

Resolve a coordinate

LAKA-C3-I07-M08 resolves to three axis definitions, a cell intent, and a ready-made prompt stem — no key required.

Step 02

Apply an operator

Seventeen guardrailed operators are the verbs of the grammar — each with a definition, input, output and example.

Step 03

Emit a validated run

The finished analysis is checked against a published JSON Schema — structured data, not a loose essay.

The book

Turn your pain into projects.

Not a resilience memoir. A build manual. Diagnosed autistic, ADHD and dyslexic at 40, I stopped waiting for the systems to accommodate me and started documenting how to build my own. This is that documentation — 234 pages of it.
